  Food was great and the atmosphere was very relaxed and enjoyable. The people who work here are helpful and friendly. The barista, Danni, was especially knowledgeable about the wine and the different coffees. I will definitely come back here and recommend this place to my friends and family.

  I really like this place. The vibe, the staff, & the menu items... Everything from alcohol to a myriad ways to have your coffee... The location is stellar as well. Sometimes in the evenings, they feature live music which is always a plus. Very hip - glad to have it nearby... :)

  This is my favorite coffee shop in all of Jacksonville and its surrounding communities. Whether it's hot tea or the perfect latte, Southern Grounds has it all! Hungry for a salted caramel chocolate chip cookie? They've got that. How about a fritter or croissant? They've got that too. And did I mention, some of the best staff a coffee shop could ask for! Locally owned, with some of the nicest people you could ask for. It's a must go every time I'm in the Jacksonville area. Doesn't matter if I'm close or not, it just feels like a touch of heaven.
